Welcome to Alaska Dog Boarding & Training, Inc founded and operated by life time Alaskans Shaun and Brigitte Lytle. It is our goal to provide a service for dogs and their owners, specializing primarily, but not limited to large working breeds. We operate a small indoor-outdoor boarding kennel, and training facility.

Bullocks k-9 has been in operation since 1989. We provide excellence in police k-9 training, police dog sales and seminars. Bullocks k-9 training uses ground breaking techniques and concepts in how dogs are deployed in law enforcement. Our goal is to make k-9 work in law enforcement both professional and safe for each k-9 team, through sound tactical training.

We have indoor/outdoor runs for your dog's comfort. During pleasant weather the doors are kept open and dogs may go in and out at will. In winter, the doors must be kept closed so that we can heat the indoor enclosures, and dogs are let out briefly several times a day. For safety, dogs are kept indoors at night.

Prestige K9 is a small kennel; however, not a hobby or backyard breeder. We choose to limit the number of dogs that we train so that they can have the attention they need to reach optimum performance level. Most people consider their dogs part of the family.

I am located in Midland, Michigan on 4 acres. I have a small kennel with limited breeding. All of my dogs have sound structure and wonderful temperaments. This is what I strive for in my puppies. I have been involved with dogs and showing Quarter Horses for many years. I am a Animal Behavior College Certified Dog Trainer and also a Canine Good Citizen Evaluator through the American Kennel Club.
